Ensure that all pathways leading to the delivery area are clear of obstacles. This includes removing any debris, garden tools, or other items that might hinder movement. A clear path allows our drivers to deliver your tables and chairs efficiently and safely.

Provide a designated parking area close to the delivery site. This reduces the time and effort required to transport items from the vehicle to your event space. If parking is limited, consider reserving a spot or obtaining a temporary parking permit if necessary.

Ensure that entry points, such as gates or doors, are wide enough to accommodate the size of the tables and chairs being delivered. If there are any stairs or narrow passages, please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Good lighting is crucial, especially for early morning or late evening deliveries. Ensure that the delivery area is well-lit and consider placing clear signage to guide our drivers to the correct location.
