Just a quick heads-up about our pick-up process. The customer pick-up fee is a flat $12. When you swing by to grab your items, make sure to have your ID handy. Payment will be due before your event. Please remember to return everything by 12 PM to avoid an extra day charge. Thanks!
When you have picked your chairs and tables and you’re ready to check out and place your reservation, you’ll be guided to our quote form. This form will ask you some necessary questions about your event, such as the date and time. During this process, you’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery option. “Customer Pick Up” .The form will guide you through all the necessary steps, ensuring we have all the information needed to provide you with an accurate quote and meet your event needs.
Step one of customer pick-up: You will let us know about 10 minutes before you arrive.
Someone will bring out your rentals and assist you with loading.
After loading is complete, payment is required. Also, A picture of your ID for your customer profile for future transactions.
Our pickup location is in Salt Lake City, Utah, near Poplar Grove and Glendale. Pick-ups are available all day until 10:00 PM. More details will be provided when we get in contact with you.
