Quick Set up and Teardown

Our delivery team usually takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour to set up the tables and chairs. They are there to assist you in achieving the final look of the setup. Although this option may seem time-consuming, our setup process is one of the fastest in Utah.

Delivery Team and Setup Crew

The delivery team that assists you in delivering your tables and chairs will also serve as your setup crew. They will work closely with you to help create your dream setup, ensuring everything is arranged to your specifications.

Step #1

Setup Process preparation

We usually arrive on the day of your event to set up before all your guests arrive. If you need us to arrive at a different time, that's completely customizable through the booking process. Alternatively, you can always let your sales representative know, and they'll ensure everything goes smoothly as planned.

Step # 2

Our Arrival and Setup Process

Once we arrive to do the setup, we first discuss your vision or dream setup. After we're on the same page, we begin the installation. This typically takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour. When we're finished, we confirm with you that everything looks as you imagined. If you're satisfied, we pack our cart and leave, returning later for teardown as scheduled.

Our Three-Step Teardown Process

STEP#1

We typically arrive with a team of two people and a cart to handle the teardown

Once they arrive, they will begin unfolding all the chairs and tables, organizing everything into piles for easy counting.

STEP#3

The last step is counting. Once all the chairs and tables are counted, they will load everything into the van. This completes our stress-free teardown process.
