Hosting an event is hard work—setting up tables and chairs shouldn't be. At Utah Happy Rentals Tables & Chairs, we offer professional setup services that take the heavy lifting off your plate. We deliver your rental items, place them exactly where you want them, and handle the takedown afterward. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your event.
When you choose our setup service, we handle everything
Delivery — We bring your tables and chairs to your venue
Placement — We set up each item exactly where you want them, following your layout
Takedown — After your event, we return to break everything down and haul it away
Standard Inventory Setup — $150 Flat Fee
For all our standard inventory (our everyday tables, folding chairs, and basic rental items), setup is a flat $150 fee. This covers the full setup and takedown of your rental items, in addition to the standard delivery fee.
