Basic setup starts at $150
Renting tables and chairs is the easy part. Unloading, unfolding, leveling and lining everything up is where the work is. Add setup and teardown to your order and our crew does it for you: we place every table and chair to your layout before your event and come back afterward to take it all down.

Covers setup and teardown for up to 100 chairs and 12 tables, which fits most backyard parties, open houses, mission farewells, graduations and family reunions.

How setup works
Before your event
Send us your layout. A simple sketch or a photo with notes is enough. We confirm your delivery window and venue access.
Day of delivery
We unload, carry and arrange every table and chair to your plan, then step back so you can add linens, centerpieces and guests.
After your event
We return, usually the next morning or as agreed, to fold, stack and load everything, leaving your space clear.
Setup questions
How much does setup cost?
Basic setup and teardown starts at $150 and covers up to 100 chairs and 12 tables. Anything larger is priced to your event. Add setup when you book online to see your exact price, or call (385) 267-2060.
Is delivery included in the setup price?
No. Delivery is charged separately at $1.80 per mile, calculated round trip from our Salt Lake City warehouse. Setup is an optional add-on on top of delivery.
What is the difference between delivery-only and setup?
With delivery-only, we unload your tables and chairs and stack them where you tell us, and you arrange them. With setup, we place everything to your layout and come back after your event to take it down.
Do I need to be there during setup?
No. With clear access to your venue and a layout plan, our team can handle everything.
Can I add setup after I’ve booked delivery-only?
Yes, as long as we have availability. Give us a call.
What should I do before pickup?
Please clear personal items, decorations and trash from the tables and chairs. We handle the folding, stacking and loading.
