Your quote shows the venue cost, booking fees, our coordination fee and any rentals. *Many venues require a licensed bartender for alcohol.

Venue sourcing questions
Do you own the venues?
No. We find and reserve independent venues for you. Each venue sets its own rules, hours and guest limits, and we send those to you before your event.
When do I pay for the venue?
The full venue cost and coordination fee are paid before we reserve the venue, because venues charge in full when the booking is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Venue refunds follow that venue’s cancellation policy, which we share before you book. Booking fees and the coordination fee are non-refundable. Table and chair rentals follow our regular 50% non-refundable deposit policy.
Who is responsible for damage at the venue?
You and your guests are responsible for the venue during your event, including damage, extra cleaning and staying past your booked time.
