Tables and chairs for your December party
Christmas is Friday, December 25, 2026, and New Year’s Eve is Thursday, December 31. The weekends before them are the busiest party dates of the year, so the sooner your date is set, the sooner you should reserve.

Rent exactly what you need: there is no minimum order, whether it’s one extra table for the family or seating for a 300-person company party.

What to rent for each kind of holiday party
Family Christmas dinner
Line up two or three 6 ft tables (from $13) to make one long table in a living room, basement or garage, and add folding or cafe chairs. Add a table for the buffet and one for desserts.
Company holiday party
For a seated dinner, 60-inch rounds (from $14) seat 8 each. For a mingling party, mix in 36-inch cocktail tables (from $18) so guests have somewhere to set a plate and a drink. Chiavari chairs (from $7.80) dress up a dinner.
Church and ward Christmas parties
8 ft tables (from $22, seating 8 to 10) in long rows fit the most people in a gym or cultural hall. For 100 guests, plan on about 13 eight-foot tables plus serving tables.
New Year’s Eve party
Cocktail tables around the edges, a few seated tables for people who want to sit, and a dance floor for midnight. Dance floors are quoted by size.
Holiday open house or office lunch
A few 6 ft tables for food and drinks, with a handful of chairs, is often all you need. Add chafing dishes to keep food warm.
Large community or company events

Planning tips for December parties
- Book early. Weekends in December fill first, especially the two before Christmas.
- Measure your room. Utah winters mean most parties are indoors. A 60-inch round with chairs needs a circle about 10 ft across.
- Tell us about access. Snowy driveways, stairs, elevators or loading docks all change how we deliver, so mention them when you book.
- Count serving tables. Buffet, desserts, drinks and a gift table each need their own space.

Christmas and New Year’s rental questions
When should I book tables and chairs for a Christmas party?
As soon as your date is set. December weekends are the busiest party dates of the year, and booking early gives you the best chance at the delivery window you want.
Can I rent just a few tables and chairs for a family dinner?
Yes. There is no minimum order, so one extra table and eight chairs is fine. Delivery is $2.89 per mile.
Do you deliver to offices and churches?
Yes. We deliver to homes, offices, shops, churches and event spaces. Tell us about stairs, elevators or loading details when you book.
Do you rent dance floors for New Year’s Eve?

Can you set up and take down?
Yes. Basic setup starts at $150 for up to 100 chairs and 12 tables; larger setups are custom priced.
